Store Policies
Payment: We prefer PayPal but will also accept bank checks and Money Orders in US dollars. Please make checks payable and mail to the following address: Cirius Collectibles.Com, P.O. Terms of Sale: When purchasing any of our products you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age and the item you are purchasing is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. International customers are responsible for knowing the import laws, fees, and taxes on the item being imported and assume all risk or loss of any confiscations made by customs. Please do not bid on any item that your country does not allow to be imported.
Shipping: We ship worldwide every day except weekends and major US holidays using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
Delivery: We ship as soon as possible after receipt of payment, normally within 24 hours or less. All items shipped within the US are shipped with delivery confirmation. Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer a merchandise credit or refund. The item must be returned in the original condition within five (5) days to be eligible for return. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for a merchandise credit or refund. Combined Shipping: We will combine shipping provided the item is not a flat rate shipping item, and/or if we can fit all items into the same package or envelope. If we can fit the items into one shipping container, we will charge half of the lesser shipping cost. Warranties: Items sold As-Is have no warranty and normally no return privileges unless specifically stated. Items listed in a condition other than As-Is are guaranteed to work upon receipt. No additional warranties are implied or offered. If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows: You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that an item does not function as described. ·You must return the item to us in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts and/or accessories have been returned. At our sole discretion we will issue a refund or exchange.
